Heather has over ten years experience analyzing business processes with an emphasis on the use of IT to streamline processes making them more efficient and less prone to error. Prior to joining Bit-Wizards, she served as SharePoint Administrator for a variety of businesses including Texas Instruments and DG FastChannel as well as a SharePoint Consultant for Verizon and Intellinet.

Additionally, Heather’s experience includes working as a SharePoint Implementation Engineer/Systems Developer for Verizon and as a Network/Intranet Administrator for General Dynamics, where she was involved with implementing its award-winning quality assurance process using efficient business processes and automated systems including SharePoint.  Wallace is also an expert in Microsoft Office and certified in Network Security Countermeasures.
